The Holidays are fast approaching & I know you all would love to win some lil’ pressies, either for a loved one or for yourself! So… I have put together some giveaways, that I will be posting throughout this coming week!

e.l.f. offers great cosmetics at very reasonable prices! This is one of the reasons we love them so much! They have such a great selection & variety of products and colors, what’s not to love!
I came across this 3 pack of polish and decided to give them a whirl…and I liked them! So of course I grabbed a 2nd so that one of my readers would have a chance to try them too!
The nail color went on smooth and I really liked the colors, I wish I could show you on my nail, because the color comes out a bit different on nails than paper, but my nails are thrashed from work at the moment. So here is a sample of the colors. The names are a bit deceiving, I don’t think the red is “light” at all, it is actually a great Holiday Red! The Punk Purple looks a bit dark here, on the nail it actually is lighter and very pretty. The Plum is kinda cool because depending on how many coats you use it can go from a dark plum to an almost black plum!

For a stressless holiday I get everything done in November, decorating the day after Thanksgiving is a tradition in our house. I get as much of the shopping out of the way for gifts, food to prepare etc a.s.a.p. since I have a hatred for being in crowded places when I am on a mission to get something done, lol. My kids actually jokingly call it “mom rage” as I yell at slow drivers, mumble when someone is in my way and just won’t move no matter what…you get the picture!
So my tip – get it done NOW! Then put up your feet and enjoy the holiday!!

I don’t do much to pamper myself, but I do like to keep my nails done pretty for the holidays, even if they are really short! And I do buy small, bargain priced “Merry Christmas to me” things while I’m shopping for others…shhhhhh, don’t tell!

I take a nice, warm, bubble bath…candles lit, dark w/ a tea. DE-STRESS. little peppermint scented bubble bath..
